The SEE Property Fund is an investment vehicle focused on making Commercial Real Estate investments in South Eastern Europe (SEE).
SEE is one of Europe's most dynamic real estate markets which have still limited integration into global markets keeping their economies relatively immune. The Fund's strategic focus will be to originate opportunities for Real Estate investments across the Healthcare, Hospitality, Leisure, Logistics, Office and Retail sectors in the SEE. The fund combines development and investment with a western due diligence procedure on deal-flow and completion. The Fund targets principally majority positions with leading international developers and operators entering SEE.
